1. How do I report the money paid to TDI on my taxes?
All monies paid may be deductible from your taxes as a business expense, the same as a new computer or forklift.

3. Where can I find records of payments made for taxes and insurance on the employees working at my company, and is it important that I be able to find them?
It is important to be able to know that the firm you are dealing with is in compliance with all governmental regulations. TDI holds its records out for inspection by a client company or its representatives during normal business hours. It is requested that you schedule the inspection in advance.

Labor Relations questions are handled by TDI Corporate staff. They have many years of experience in these matters.

If you contract with TDI, you will be supplied with a listing of department managers that you will be able to contact for assistance.

6. Who is responsible for terminations?
TDI is! An easy way to outline the relationship is that TDI hires, controls, disciplines and terminates its employees.

7. Who is going to find employees that I may need from time to time when my business needs extra help?
TDI performs services for it's clients like any personnel department would do for it's company. This includes searching for employees to staff your operation properly. (HINT: The longer the lead time in requesting additional employees, the better the results.)

8. What is an advantage of using TDI rather than doing it myself?

9. What are the terms of TDI agreements?
The standard agreement is for sixty (60) days, and thereafter until cancelled. We have some contracts that have run since 1977 without a change.

11. When is a company too small for TDI services?
We have several companies with one or two assigned  employees. We feel that we can help a small firm to expand and grow with it.

12. How does TDI assure my company's safety requirements?
We have Certified Safety Supervisors (CSS) qualified by the National Safety Council and Registered Safety Administrators (RSA). A certified safety professional can go to your location for a complete safety evaluation. You may need proper postings, an Emergency Evacuation Plan and training, Forklift Certifications, Hazardous Materials training and certification, etc..... They will, as a part of TDI program, perform the necessary services to bring your operation into compliance. Monthly or quarterly, on site, safety meetings are also an integral part of our safety program.
